The fall happy hour season is upon us and we are kicking it off Wednesday, September 15th at 6:00 pm at the Ghana Cafe. Always a popular venue, the Ghana Cafe is located at 1336 14th St NW (metro: McPherson Sq). This event will be the first of thirteen social functions that will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Peace Corps. Each month leading up to the Anniversary, one social event will be held to celebrate each of the first thirteen Peace Corps countries. If you are interested in volunteering to help put on these events, we will have a short meeting at 5:30 before the Ghana Cafe Happy Hour.
